CLARKS CYCLE SYSTEMS COMPONENT WARRANTY

Clarks ongoing commitment to selling only high quality products means that we cover all components for a period of 1 year from purchase. This covers against defect in product component or material and in workmanship under normal use and with reasonable care.

Warranty Conditions
This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
The Clarks product has been used in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations under normal and reasonable care (in the opinion of Clarks).
This warranty in no way replaces or is an extension of a complete bicycle manufacturer’s warranty.
Retailers and distributors of Clarks products are not authorised to modify this warranty in any way or give additional warranty.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to regularly examine the product to determine the need for normal service or replacement parts.
That the original receipt of purchase can be provided upon request.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
Clarks products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained, used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused in an accident.
Damage resulting from use of accessories which in the opinion of Clarks are defective or incompatible with Clarks products.
Damage to products resulting from improper assembly or repair.
Damage resulting from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship, including, but not limited to a lack of technical skill, competence or experience of the user.
Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product.
The labour required to remove and/or refit and readjust the product.
Normal wear to the product.
